By selling a vehicle you confirm you are legally entitled to sell it and that it is free of finance or other encumbrances. You authorise us to notify NZTA of the disposal.
Payment is made by cash or bank transfer at the time of collection.
Removal is provided free of charge within New Zealand. You are responsible for removing personal belongings before pickup.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the agreed purchase price of the vehicle.
